Spring In-Season Fair Share and Transportation Fee Info

With track and field season quickly approaching, it is time to start thinking about the Spring In-Season Fair Share and transportation fees.

The Spring In-Season Fair Share of $300 is due no later than 30 January 2015.  The booster club relies heavily on these contributions to pay the Coaching Stipend, Invitational Meet Fees, and purchase equipment.  Checks can be made payable to: YLHS Track & Field Booster; and mailed to:  YLHS Track & Field Booster Club, P.O. Box 203, Yorba Linda, CA 92885

A separate transportation fee is due to the high school’s finance office no later than 30 January 2015.  That check must be made out to the school NOT to the booster club in the amount of $40.  If the athletes do not pay for the transportation fee, then they cannot ride the District bus to the away track meets.  (Invitationals transportation is not done by the school, instead the parent must provide transportation arrangements.)

    During the info meeting, we were told to hold off on paying the transportation fee as there was only one scheduled bus trip. Has the fee been finalized yet? Thanks.
