2013 Summer Camp!

Can you run, jump or throw? Would you like to learn how as part of a competitive sport?  Are you a returning athlete? Come out and immerse yourself in the Yorba Linda High School Track and Field Summer Camp!  Summer camp is an important part of any prospective or current athlete’s training, during which time you will receive continuing instruction in one or more events while improving or maintaining physical strength during the summer months.

** 2013 Summer Camp flyer **

This year’s camp will be held at Yorba Linda High School and will include instruction in the following events…

  • Sprints
  • Hurdles
  • Long Jump, Triple Jump, and High Jump
  • Pole Vault
  • Shot Put and Discus


  • July 8th – July 25th (Monday through Thursday each week)


  • 6:30pm – 8:30pm


  • Yorba Linda High School – Shapell Stadium (map)


  • Athletic shorts, t-shirts or tank tops, running shoes (spikes not required, 3/16″ {ONLY} if you bring them)


  • Water and a healthy snack
